Consultation and treatment packages must be purchased at the time of consultation, if payment for consultation was made online this will be deducted from the total cost. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Our usual cancellation policy applies to gift vouchers: If you fail to keep your appointment or do not give us 24 hours notice of a change to your appointment a cancellation fee will apply. If you wish to re-book an appointment to use your gift voucher, then any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid first. Voucher must be presented at time of treatment to redeem.
